Summit Aggregates, LLC is a Louisiana company. This notice covers this website, its material calculator, material request preparation and related email inquiries.
Preparing and sending a material inquiry
The material request form asks for your name, company, email address, phone number, requested materials and quantities, project location, delivery preferences and notes. These entries are prepared in your browser. Completing the form or reviewing an inquiry does not submit it to Summit or create a record in Terra Logic™ CRM & Sales.
The email action opens your email application with inquiry details addressed to sales@terrausa.com. You must review the email and send it yourself. Opening your email application does not prove that an email was sent, delivered or reviewed. You can download the full inquiry as a text file. For a long request, attach that summary to your email before sending. If the email action does not work, you can contact the address directly.
When you send an email, your email provider and the receiving email service process the message and any attachments. Terra Logic™ handles the inquiry for Summit. The contact details and project information you send may be used to respond, prepare a quotation, coordinate follow up and maintain relevant business records. An inquiry is not an accepted order or a newsletter subscription.
This website does not upload project files. Attach any appropriate files directly in your email application before sending. Share only information you are authorized to provide. Do not include passwords, payment details, identity documents or unrelated sensitive personal information.
Address search, coordinates and map links
When address search is available, text entered after at least three characters and a short pause is sent through this website’s server to Mapbox to return suggestions. The selected address and its coordinates become part of your browser based request. Coordinates may also be sent to Mapbox to display a map. Your material list, company and contact fields are not sent to Mapbox, and the website does not request your device’s current location.
You may enter a location manually. Coordinates and pasted map links are interpreted in your browser. The site does not automatically open or expand shared map links. Opening a map link takes you to its provider. Mapbox and the website host may process network and diagnostic records for these requests. See the Mapbox Privacy Policy.
Calculations and optional saved drafts
Calculations run in your browser. Using an estimate in the material request form temporarily places material and measurement information in this tab’s session storage. It does not include your contact details. The form removes the transfer after reading it; otherwise it can remain until the tab session ends or you clear it. Browsers may restore sessions.
Unsaved request entries remain in the page’s memory and may be lost when you leave or reload. Only after you give the save permission and select Save does the site store one draft in this browser for seven days. A draft can include contact and project details. A new save replaces the previous copy. Files are not included. Saving does not send your draft to Summit.
Anyone with access to your browser may be able to read its saved draft. Avoid saving on shared devices. Expired or invalid drafts are removed when you next open or resume the request form; an unused device may retain the stored copy until then. Use “Delete saved draft” in the request form or clear this site’s browser storage. Deleting a draft does not delete an email you already sent or records held by Summit or its service providers.
Chat and newsletter availability
Chat and newsletter enrollment are not available on this website. The website does not collect new chat conversations, create chat leads or enroll newsletter subscribers. Sending a material inquiry does not authorize newsletters, promotional text messages or AI model training.
Technology and service providers
Terra Logic™ and OnSite™ are Terra Group technology and service divisions. Summit Aggregates™ is a customer of those providers. Terra Logic™ manages inquiries for Summit. The website’s form does not automatically transmit inquiries to Terra Logic™ CRM & Sales or OnSite™. Providers’ ownership does not make Terra Group the seller of Summit’s materials or authorize unrelated use of customer information.
Your choices and privacy requests
This website does not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. You can edit an inquiry before sharing it, decline browser draft storage and delete a saved draft. For access, correction, deletion or other privacy questions, contact sales@terrausa.com. Retention and deletion can depend on quotation records, relevant business needs, legal requirements and records held by service providers. We may need enough information to verify and understand your request. Do not send identity documents unless a secure method is arranged.
This website is intended for business and project procurement, not for children. Do not enter a child’s personal information. We will update this notice when data practices change.
