Website use and scope

This website presents Summit Aggregates, LLC, a Louisiana company, and its material supply and coordinated delivery offering. These website terms describe use of this site. They are not a material sales agreement, credit application, hauling contract or accepted purchase order.

You may browse the site and use its calculator to plan a legitimate material request.

A request is not an order

Submitting a request, receiving an automated reference, saving a draft or calculating a quantity does not establish pricing, reserve stock, schedule a truck or bind either party to a sale. The request form prepares an email inquiry in your browser. You must review and send it through your email application, including any downloaded request summary. Opening an email draft does not confirm that a message was sent, received or reviewed.

Materials, specifications, quantities, pricing, taxes, hauling charges, access requirements, delivery arrangements, payment and other commercial terms must be confirmed in the applicable written quote or agreement before an order proceeds. A requested date is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Newsletter preferences

Materials, estimates and project responsibility

Material descriptions and representative images help identify what to request. Appearance, grading, moisture, density and availability can vary. Confirm specifications, testing, intended application and approval requirements with the responsible project professional and Summit before ordering.

Coordinated service can include sourcing, supply, hauling coordination, scheduling and supporting records. Excavation, placement, grading, compaction, testing and engineering are excluded unless separately agreed. Delivery area, access, timing, stock and equipment suitability require confirmation. Not every material is stocked at Delhi, and Summit does not represent that it owns every supporting truck or facility.

Calculator estimates and limitations

The material calculator is an informational planning tool provided by Summit Aggregates, LLC, operating as Summit Aggregates™. Results depend on the measurements, material selection and allowance entered. They are not a certified measurement, engineering recommendation, quotation or final order quantity. Verify inputs, specifications and quantities with the responsible project professional and Summit before ordering or relying on an estimate.

Summit recommends a minimum 15% extra material allowance and presets that amount for new estimates. This recommendation is not an engineering standard, a verified compaction or shrinkage factor, or a guarantee that the quantity will be sufficient. Actual needs may be higher. Waste, settlement, uneven surfaces, excavation, placement methods and site conditions can change requirements. An allowance already included in a supplied volume must be accounted for to avoid adding it twice.

Cubic yards measure volume. U.S. short tons measure weight. Weight estimates use a material specific weight factor, which may be a published planning reference rather than a measured density for your actual delivery. The factor and source are available with the estimate. A reference does not establish Summit supplier approval. Material composition, grade, source, moisture and compaction affect that relationship. A loose material density does not establish the weight of a finished compacted volume. Calculator results do not replace applicable scale tickets, delivery records or measurement terms in the accepted commercial agreement. The calculator does not select a riprap class, slope design or required thickness.

To the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to any separate written agreement, this informational tool is provided as available without a warranty that its results are error free, complete or fit for a particular project. Summit does not guarantee coverage, delivered weight, project suitability or material sufficiency from a calculator result. To that same extent, Summit is not responsible for indirect or consequential economic losses, lost profits or business interruption arising from reliance on calculator estimates.

Nothing in this disclosure excludes or limits liability for intentional or gross fault, liability for causing physical injury, or any right, remedy, warranty or obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. It does not waive warranties applicable to purchased materials or override an executed agreement. These protections control over any inconsistent calculator disclaimer.

Technology ownership and permitted use

Terra Logic™ and OnSite™ are owned by Terra Group. Terra Group and its licensors retain their rights in the platforms, software, interfaces, documentation, trademarks and other protected technology. Summit’s use of these services does not transfer those rights to customers.

When an enabled service is made available, permission to use it is limited to its authorized purpose and applicable service terms. No source code, resale, sublicensing, distribution or platform ownership rights are granted by this website or a material purchase. Do not copy protected technology, attempt unauthorized access, bypass access controls, or reverse engineer it except where applicable law or an applicable open source license permits the activity.

Customer provided information is not assigned to Terra Group by these website terms. Its processing is addressed in the Privacy & Cookies notice and applicable service agreements.

Separate commercial and technology responsibilities

Terra Group’s provision of Terra Logic™ or OnSite™ does not, by itself, make Terra Group a party to Summit’s material sales, hauling or delivery agreements. Technology access does not make Terra Group a supplier, carrier, engineer, dispatcher or guarantor of material quality, quantity, site conditions or a delivery commitment. Any separate written agreement controls the responsibilities it expressly assigns.

Illustrative tracking, ticket and invoice tools do not demonstrate an active account or production integration. Enabled features can depend on connectivity, permissions, participating providers and the availability and accuracy of source data. Confirm project critical details with the responsible party.

Automated information

Automated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated. They cannot accept an order, change contract terms, authorize pricing, guarantee availability or delivery, or give engineering or safety instructions on behalf of Summit, Terra Group, Terra Logic™ or OnSite™. Commercial commitments require confirmation through an authorized Summit representative or approved transaction process.

Technology limitations and protected rights

Subject to applicable law and any separate written service agreement,website tools and informational technology outputs are provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted operation, error free results or fitness for a particular project. No website statement creates an additional warranty for Terra Group, Terra Logic™ or OnSite™.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Terra Group and its technology licensors and service providers are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or business interruption arising from use of, or inability to use, this website or its informational technology tools.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for intentional or gross fault, liability for causing physical injury, or any right, remedy, warranty or obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. This paragraph controls over any inconsistent disclaimer or limitation in these terms. These provisions do not override a separate written agreement or relieve any party of its own nonwaivable legal duties.

Terra Group is an expressly intended third party beneficiary of the technology ownership, permitted use and technology protection provisions, solely to the extent those provisions protect Terra Group and its Terra Logic™ and OnSite™ technology. Terra Group may enforce those provisions directly, subject to the nonwaivable rights limitation above and applicable law. No other provision grants an unrestricted right to use customer information.

Information, files and appropriate use

Only provide information and documents you are authorized to share. Do not include passwords, payment card details, government identification, health information or unrelated personal data. Selecting a file alone does not upload its contents. This website does not upload project files. Attach appropriate documents to your inquiry email separately before sending. Sharing a document does not mean that it has been reviewed or its specifications accepted. See the material request privacy notice for handling of submitted information and files.

Do not impersonate a person or company, submit unlawful material, introduce malicious files, interfere with the service or misuse someone else’s information. The site does not grant permission to use any party’s branding to imply endorsement or affiliation.

Content and other websites

Website information may contain errors or become outdated. Confirm project critical details directly with Summit. Availability of thiswebsite is not guaranteed, and features may change. Third party links lead to services with their own terms and privacy practices.
